FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Fort McMurray Capital Project.

Location:

Fort McMurray, AB. Duration:
June 2026 – March 2027.

• Construction
• Heat exchangers
• Tie‑ins
• Bolt‑up and welding
• Piping
• Structural installation

14/7 rotation, 9.5‑hour regular time on an averaging agreement. Flight hubs in Edmonton and Calgary. Camp accommodation. Referral bonus available for journey persons.

• Valid journeyperson or apprentice trade certificate.
• Minimum four years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  Common Safety Orientation;
  Fall Protection;
  Aerial Work Platform. Welders must provide CWB B-Pressure ticket.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Own reliable transportation to the site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5‑year driver abstract with under six demerits.

This is a safety‑sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
