Position: Property Restoration Technician with BELFOR
Join BELFOR as a Property Restoration Technician to aid in effective disaster recovery solutions. This role will immerse you in water damage responses utilizing IICRC standards to restore properties promptly.

In this position, you'll address emergency situations, using your skills in cleaning, structural drying, and water remediation. You'll navigate both independent and collaborative work environments to deliver outstanding service tailored to client needs. Ensuring organization and safety in your work will contribute significantly to successful restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out cleaning and restoration activities at customer locations

• Conduct comprehensive moisture mapping and water extraction

• Document the progress of restoration work

• Maintain organized and safe job sites

• Communicate effectively with clients and related stakeholders

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Valid driver's license for vehicles

• Preferred experience in HVAC or related skilled trades

• Awareness of restoration and safety practices
