Responsibilities
  • Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.
  • Coaching the team and ensuring the sales process is taught and followed throughout the store.
  • Attracting and retaining top‑caliber employees.
  • Acting as a brand advocate for Victra.
  • Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
  • Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure products and services are showcased throughout the store.
  • Ensuring store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success metrics and complete assigned training on time.
  • Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
  • Maintaining store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
  • Engaging in business operations such as budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and reporting sales.
  • Developing innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on the existing customer base.
  • Owning store success and handling all employee‑related needs, staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
  • Resolving guest escalations in a timely manner.
  • Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and following up promptly.
  • Staying up to date with new sales promotions and providing guests with complete solutions to meet their needs.

Compensation

Pay will include a base rate of $22.90/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
  • Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods (November through December).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift ten pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements

All General Managers must complete a 4‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Following NHU, a 3‑day General Manager University (SMU) training program is required, also within 30 days and potentially involving overnight travel. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
