* Job Responsibilities:

* Portfolio Pricing:

+ Lead and advance pricing tools within Gorilla Glass to ensure a design that is sustainable given Gorilla Glass' inherent business model complexity and future growth expectations

+ Perform scenario analyses to understand the financial and commercial impact of potential changes

+ Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to adjust pricing strategies effectively.

+ Build set of recommendations through strong analytical work in order to improve Gorilla Glass price and market position

Strategy and Forecasting:

+ Lead long-term strategic projects related to the improvement of our global pricing

+ Work closely with forecasting team to define budget and 5-year plan, identify key market drivers and suggest strategy to maximize our share, revenue and margin

+ Monitor pricing performance and conduct regular reviews to assess the impact of pricing strategies on revenue and profitability.

+ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining pricing performance and recommendations for improvement.

Commercial Proposal negotiations:

+ Lead alignment with account teams on pricing execution and contract negotiation strategy, based on portfolio pricing analysis

+ Present the key findings to the business leadership and drive the approval process on specific negotiation actions

+ Ensure pricing strategies comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

+ Implement and maintain pricing governance frameworks to manage pricing approvals and escalations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

+ Work closely with sales, product line management, forecasting, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals

+ Provide pricing guidance and support to regional sales and product management teams during contract negotiations and customer engagements

** Required Skills/

Experience:

* + Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical discipline, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of commercial experience

+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills, ability to dig into detail, manage complexity and drive decision making

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

+ Self-starter, capable of fully owning a complex strategy project with limited supervision

+ Ability to think outside of the box and bring innovative ideas to the pricing and product line teams
