This is a resume-building, high-profile commercial building project in the Corning, NY area, the type of tangible career accomplishment a Superintendent can take pride in. Lead a large-footprint, fast-moving project for my client, a rapidly expanding privately-held contractor with a long pipeline of work.

• Oversee a large-scale project without the large company environment
• Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful project ownership

• Base salary up to $125,000 plus bonus opportunity. Per diem if needed.

• Lead field operations, safety, scheduling, and site coordination
• Manage large-scale site development and multiple concurrent work fronts
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and equipment
• Drive two-week look-ahead schedules on a fast-paced project
• Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, schedule, and budget

• Experience leading large-footprint commercial, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or big-box projects
• Strong large-site civil/site-development experience
• Procore experience
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it
