** Role summary:*
* This role owns division-level planning for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and capacity analysis to enable on-time launches and decision-ready capacity recommendations. The role partners with cross-functional teams and site stakeholders to build integrated launch plans, translate demand and volume assumptions into supply and capacity requirements, and surface constraints, scenarios, and actions-supporting the Fairport, NY plant and other sites assigned.

* Key responsibilities:

** NPI planning ownership** :
Build and maintain end-to-end NPI supply plans (milestones, assumptions, supply readiness, and risk register) from development through manufacturing cutover across supported product lines/sites

** Capacity analysis** :
Translate demand scenarios into capacity requirements (equipment, labor, materials, constraints) and recommend options (debottlenecking, shift patterns, outsourcing, capex triggers)

+  
** Scenario planning** :
Run "what-if" analyses for launch volumes, yield/rate assumptions, changeovers, and ramp curves; document trade-offs and decision points

** Cross-functional integration** :
Partner with Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Finance to align assumptions, readiness, and execution plans across division and site teams

** Data & governance** :
Own inputs/assumptions and version control for NPI and capacity models; ensure a single, auditable plan of record

** Steering updates** :
Communicate status, risks, and recommended decisions in concise, decision-ready formats for division leadership and site stakeholders

+  
** Continuous improvement** :
Improve planning templates, the capacity modeling approach, and handoffs to site execution teams

** Interfaces / key stakeholders:*

+ Engineering (process, equipment, industrial)

Experience:

5+ years in supply chain planning, manufacturing planning, industrial engineering, operations analytics, or related roles

+ Launch experience:
Demonstrated experience supporting NPIs and/or ramp-to-volume planning in a manufacturing environment

+ Analytical skills:
Strong capability in capacity modeling, constraint analysis, and scenario planning
