** Key Responsibilities*
* + Work will include project and design activities including 3D CAD modeling, running design calculations and generating detailed drawings.

+ Applicants should have the ability to work in a team-based environment, collaborating with engineers, and designers and other peers.

+

Good analytical skills, capable of diving into details to uncover insights and deliver impactful solution as an individual contributor.

+ Provide models and drawing packages to suppliers, inside customers and rebuild teams and support the teams during the different phases of design.

** Experiences/Education - Required*
* + Minimum associates degree in CAD Drafting Technology

+ Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and concepts for problem solving during the design phase

+ Fabrication experience - work or home - preferred to support compelx mechanical designs.

+ Good communication skills to share opinion and ideas for the engineers involved in the projects.

+ Strong CAD capabilities - Solid Works is a plus.

+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed and diverse organization across research, development, engineering and manufacturing.

* The range for this position is $62,547.00 - $86,003.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
