** Role Purpose*
* The Senior Finance Analyst, C&B will be responsible for managing all aspects of Compensation & Benefit costs, at the corporate level, including monthly close processes, reconciliation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with a high-level of focus on accuracy and insight.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Manage monthly C&B closing processes, validate financial results, and reconcile account balances

+ Prepare monthly actual/forecast presentations to be reviewed with Ops Controller and Director, Corporate FP&A

+ Consistently provide financial analysis on cost drivers and other ad-hoc analysis, as required

+ Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of annual Corporate & Business performance metrics aligned with variable compensation programs including preparing presentations, analyzing performance metrics, modeling scenarios, and offering valuable insight to Senior Management

+ Manage the preparation and publication of corporate budget guidelines for Finance function

+ Partner with ACR, Compensation, and Benefits teams to provide analytics and insight for Senior Management

+ Collaborate with business partners to develop an annual budget and long-range plan aligned with our strategic initiatives and objectives

+ Participate in a team providing key finance analysis for Senior Management

+ Drive finance continuous process improvement

** Experiences/Education - Required*
* + Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

+ Firm understanding of US GAAP

+ Strong computer skills; expert-level proficiency in Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and Word

+ Strong writing and analytical skills

+ Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented, and organized

+ Ability to think strategically

+ Ability to take ownership of new tasks/problems and solve them with precision and thoughtfulness

+ Must possess a quantitative approach to analyzing data and solving problems

+ Strong ability to develop rapport and trust and to maintain business relationships

+ Ability to present in front of senior and executive leadership

** Experiences/Education - Desired*
* + Advanced understanding of P&L, Cash Flows and Balance sheet and related drivers

+ Understanding of corporate systems - Longview, People Soft and / or SAP

+ Strong sense of integrity

+ Ability to work in a matrix environment as well as independently
