Catering Event Lead

As a Catering Event Lead at Aramark, you'll oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catered events across education, healthcare, business, and sports venues. You'll coordinate with culinary and service teams, direct event staff, and serve as on-site contact for clients, ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing timelines, layouts, and equipment; upholding food safety and quality; and addressing issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, execution, and breakdown of catered events to Aramark standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate, on-time food and beverage delivery
• Serve as on-site point of contact for clients, resolving issues and special requests
• Train, guide, and direct catering staff during events to maintain service quality
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and presentation throughout each event
• Oversee event logistics including table layouts, buffets, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure accurate counts, billing details, and post-event reports
• Support inventory control and communicate product or equipment needs to management
