Role

Purpose

The Global Mobility Specialist plays a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact mobility solutions by providing consultative support and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to guide relocation decisions, enhance employee experience, and continuously improve mobility strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer U.S. domestic relocation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, HR partners, and external vendors; respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Oversee relocation request processes within vendor systems and collaborate with vendors to ensure effective execution
  • Advise on temporary assignment and commuter programs, including program design, package structure, and ongoing program effectiveness
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
  • Monitor and support relocation reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness for business and finance partners
  • Drive the development and implementation of mobility programs, policies, and process improvements aligned with business needs
  • Gather and analyze relocation data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Drive the development and optimization of mobility processes, documentation, and operating standards
  • Drive program review cycles, including year-end activities, leveraging stakeholder insights to enhance program effectiveness and outcomes
Experiences/Education
- Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience; exposure to mobility, relocation, or HR programs preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise stakeholders through a consultative approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and functions

This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $76,309.00 - $ assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
