CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Platforms Specialist. This role supports enterprise digital platforms by managing website and intranet content, improving content quality, and assisting with large-scale content migration and cleanup initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-driven professional with experience using web content management systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple content requests while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

** Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma/GED or Associate's Degree with significant relevant experience considered

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* - Publish, update, and maintain digital content across external websites and internal platforms.

- Build and update web pages using established templates, components, and brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and business stakeholders to execute content updates.

- Manage incoming content requests, track priorities, and communicate status updates effectively.

- Review and improve existing content through audits, metadata updates, link validation, and content optimization.

- Support enterprise content migration, cleanup, organization, and archiving efforts.

- Identify content gaps, resolve issues proactively, and recommend solutions when requirements are unclear.

- Maintain high standards for accuracy, usability, and digital experience quality.

Skills & Experience:

* - Experience working with a web content management system (CMS).

- Understanding of digital publishing workflows and content management practices.

- Experience with metadata standards and web best practices, including Schema.org, Open Graph, and Google Core Web Vitals.

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.

- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

** Preferred

Skills:

* - Experience with enterprise CMS and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS tools.

- Familiarity with Figma or similar design collaboration tools.

- Basic writing, editing, or content review experience.
