Catering Logistics and Fleet Coordinator

ARAMARK is seeking a Catering Logistics and Fleet Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of catering operations. In this role, you will schedule and dispatch vehicles, coordinate event deliveries, track inventory, and support on-site setup and breakdown. You'll partner closely with culinary and service teams to align timelines, minimize waste, and uphold food safety standards. You will analyze routes and schedules for efficiency, maintain fleet records, and support compliance with safety policies, all while modeling Aramark's values of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch catering vehicles to events and client locations.
• Coordinate delivery timelines with culinary and service teams.
• Monitor fleet usage, maintenance needs, and vehicle documentation.
• Oversee catering logistics, including load-out, transport, setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain accurate records for routes, mileage, inventory, and deliveries.
• Optimize routes and schedules for cost and time efficiency.
• Support adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company safety standards.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve logistics issues.
• Track and reconcile catering equipment, supplies, and returns.
• Contribute to process improvements in logistics and fleet operations.
