- Case Mix: Broad variety including General Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Regional Anesthesia, and Outpatient procedures.
- Schedule: Fixed Monday through Friday daytime hours only.
- Provide and manage anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, and pediatric cases.
- Execute and manage regional anesthesia techniques as required by the surgical service.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) utilizing modern techniques.
- Continuously monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthetic delivery intraoperatively.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, physicians, and the broader clinical team.
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York (or eligibility for licensure).
- National certification by the NBCRNA .
- Strong clinical skills with experience managing a diverse case mix, including pediatrics and regional techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
