Testing Technician

Job Description

Shift:

• Shift: Monday – Friday (8:00 am or 12 pm start times available)
• 12-month contract with goal of conversion

Pay: $21.50/hour

Overview:

• The role is responsible for performing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) testing procedures to ensure the quality and compliance of our products.
• Performing GMP Testing and Analysis
• Conducting routine testing of products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Executing various testing protocols to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Collecting samples of raw materials, and finished products for testing
• Participating in investigations related to product quality deviations.
• Contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Executing GMP testing protocols to assess the quality and compliance of products.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, including sample information and test results and generating and update documentation related to GMP testing procedures.
• Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to address and rectify any non-compliance issues.
• Conducting routine and non-routine analyses of samples using approved testing procedures.
• The role will also be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment in accordance with GMP standard.
• Troubleshooting and addressing any equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Performing calibration and verification of instruments to ensure accurate results.

Qualifications:

• GED/High School Diploma Required
• Proven experience as a GMP Test Technician or similar role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Proficient in operating testing equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
