Alongside your colleagues in our integrated services—including Clinical and Education teams you will play a key role in delivering trauma-informed, therapeutic care that helps transform lives.

No problem. We provide full training, guidance, and support to help you develop into a confident, skilled Residential Child Care Worker. All we ask is that you bring compassion, resilience, teamwork, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
