Positions: 2 x Traffic Marshals (with labouring duties)

CR1 are currently recruiting for a main contractor who are delivering the refurbishment of a major and local distribution centre.

We are seeking two experienced Traffic Marshals to join a busy distribution scheme project with at least 12 – 16 weeks of work.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hard‑working individuals looking for consistent site work on a large‑scale development.

Requirements

* Valid Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman certification

* NPORS / CPCS

* CSCS card

* Willingness to carry out general labouring duties when not directing traffic

* Strong communication skills and ability to work safely within a busy site environment

* Reliability and a proactive attitude

Role Responsibilities

* Safely directing site traffic, deliveries, and plant

* Maintaining safe access routes around the project

* Supporting the site team with general labouring tasks

* Assisting trades and site management as required

* Upholding high standards of site safety and professionalism
