National Grid is recruiting a Craftsperson (Jointing) based in Redruth to cover the West Cornwall area. The role includes jointing up to 33 kV, excavation, cable laying, reinstatement, and fault location on LV cables.
You will need GCSEs in English and Maths (or Functional Skills) and evidence of qualifications prior to appointment. Ideally you will have underground experience and be willing to train towards City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical Engineering and TAR.
