In this influential role, you will ensure robust financial operations and compliance within our manufacturing facility. Leading a six-member finance team, you will focus on daily accounting, preparation of financial reports, and strategic cost management. Your insights and leadership will be integral to achieving our business objectives and maintaining financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting operations daily, including VAT

• Lead and mentor finance team members towards growth

• Ensure accuracy of monthly management accounts

• Support budgeting and forecasting with key insights

• Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA certification

• Experience in a manufacturing finance role is vital

• Familiarity with Epicor or other ERP systems required

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting

• Effective communicator with excellent leadership abilities
