• Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers and executives in target organizations.
• Understand client needs and tailor our penetration-testing, red team and CISO-as-a-Service offerings accordingly.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate scoping with the security team and maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Represent Off Seq at industry events and grow our presence across the Baltic market.

• 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in security, technology or a technical service.
• Ability to sell to both technical and executive audiences, with strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and structured, data-driven sales processes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and an excellent communicator.
• Fluent English;
  Latvian and other Baltic languages are a significant advantage.

• Cybersecurity or compliance (NIS2, ISO 27001) literacy
• An enterprise or public-sector network in the Baltics or the EU
