We are a professional residential painting company serving the Cornwall and SD&G area and are currently hiring motivated individuals for full-time painting positions for this spring and summer. This role involves working as part of a team to complete interior and exterior painting projects for homeowners while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
No prior painting experience is required — training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming)
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and other standard tools
- Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites
- Work safely on ladders and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer interactions
Position Requirements
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Previous painting or construction experience is an asset but not required
