Olymel is searching for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to elevate operational standards in Cornwall. This role requires a proactive individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on implementing continuous improvement strategies and best practices. You will drive sustainable performance improvements and facilitate training sessions for team members to foster a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement programs across designated sites

• Identify and integrate best practices into daily operations

• Train and coach teams in DMAIC and DMS management processes

• Prepare and facilitate project-related meetings and workshops

• Coordinate cross-functional groups for Kaizen initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, operations, or management

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong coaching and influencing skills

• Green Belt certification or Lean Six Sigma knowledge

• Proficient in Excel and PowerBI
