What You’ll DoCreate Opportunities (Not Just Take Orders)
- Call and follow up with:
- Existing TELUS customers
- Renewal and upgrade opportunities
- Internet-eligible households
- Previous quotes and missed opportunities
- Track your activity and results

- Greet customers with confidence and energy
- Understand their needs and recommend complete solutions
- Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet
- Take control of the sale from start to finish
- Introduce TELUS Internet where it fits
- Present accessories and protection every time
- Deliver more value for the customer — and more commission for you
- Base wage +
uncapped commission - Earn on:
- Activations & renewals
- TELUS Internet (priority focus)
- Accessories & protection

You consistently:
- Generate activations and renewals
- Attach accessories and Internet
- Follow up and create your own opportunities

- You have telecom sales experience or proven success in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
- You’re comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone
- You understand that sales = conversations + follow-up
- You want to earn based on performance
- You’re coachable, competitive, and bring good energy to the team
- You take ownership of your results
This is a performance-driven sales role.
Telecom experience is an asset — but not required for the right person. If you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’ll train you to succeed.
