Parts Advisor (Evening) - Cornwall at GLOBOCAM in South Glengarry Position Description

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding our clients toward the perfect solution for their parts needs. You’ll be the hero behind the counter. If you have a knack for finding the perfect part and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, this role is for you!

• Parts Management: You will place parts orders based on dealership inventory needs.
• Customer Service: You will assist customers with their decisions and inquiries to meet their needs, whether at the counter, over the phone, or by email. You will maintain up‑to‑date records including repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special‑order parts.
• Delivery Management: You will organize orders for shipping, delivery, or daily pickups. You will also act as the main point of contact for returning unclaimed or obsolete items to suppliers.

• One to two years of experience in truck parts.
• Experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, RV, or agricultural industry is considered an asset.
• A CPA card/license.
• Strong proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, in order to use systems and complete training related to our partnership with Daimler.
