Senior Accountant

Overview

Role Summary – Senior Accountant (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)

In this role, you will handle monthly close processes, support international reporting, and work directly with cross‑border teams. You will analyze financial activity, support audits, and help streamline accounting processes.

• Oversee accounting and financial activity for the international business unit.
• Lead and complete monthly close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
• Serve as a liaison with local teams, vendors, legal, and internal departments for accounting, tax, invoicing, compliance, and payment needs.
• Assist with customs documentation, renewals of licenses, and insurance documentation.
• Support internal and external financial and tax audits.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance;
  CPA or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting, finance, or audit experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Background in consumer products, licensing, or entertainment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
