Jr Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join a growing team in Corona. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry‑level accounting professional to gain hands‑on experience and build a strong foundation in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and post journal entries and support general ledger maintenance
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting
• Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support audits and assist with data gathering as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• 3 months to 2 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
