In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid timely.

• Supervise accounts payable staff.
• Run payment proposals.
• 1099 reporting.
• Audit and post PO and Non PO Invoices.
• Audit and confirm Vendor Master.
• Perform monthly closing procedures.
• Run weekly reports.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, and Purchasing.

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Between 1-3 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable in a fast-paced environment.
• Between 1-3 years of experience in supervisor role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (vlookups, pivot tables), SAP.
• Prior knowledge and experience with International payments/banking requirements.

Pay Range: $72,000 - $96,000 USD
