A regional construction company is hiring an AP Specialist to join a connected, high-performing accounting team. The role is fully remote with occasional in-person meetups, and it's built for someone who can work independently, move fast, and know exactly what they're looking at when a construction invoice lands in front of them.

• Process high-volume construction invoices - 500+ per month
• 3-Way match, batch and code invoices
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and flag procurement issues that fall outside your control but need a solution
• Code invoices to appropriate jobs and GL codes
• Schedule invoices for payment

• 3-5 years of full-cycle AP experience in construction
• Solid job costing knowledge - job vs. overhead coding
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused - you flag problems and help find the answer, not just the issue
• Coachable, team-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Fully remote with flexibility around a standard business-hours schedule
• You're joining a stable, knowledgable team with a manager who's been with the organization for over 10 years

• Up to $31/hour depending on experience
