Description
Small busy Construction Office is seeking an administrative assistant, part‑time, may lead to possible fulltime.
Knowledge- Highly ethical and trustworthy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Business Suite, Adobe etc
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Extremely well organized and help others be the same
- Prepare proposals, contracts/subcontracts
- Preliminary notices and lien filings
- Adobe Acrobat DC
- Entry level Quick Books
- Assisting Office Manager, CEO and other staff when needed
- Filing paper documents and maintaining project documents by scanning and filing online in proper job folders
Pay is DOE.
Job Type: Part‑time
Work Environment- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience
