Job Overview
Our client, a well‑established company in the real estate space, is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Escrow Coordinator to support their transaction team. This role is heavily focused on coordination, communication, and file management throughout the escrow process.
Responsibilities- Support escrow team with day‑to‑day coordination of real estate transactions from opening through closing.
- Manage and maintain accurate electronic files, ensuring all documents are complete and compliant.
- Communicate with internal teams, agents, lenders, title/escrow companies, and other partners to keep transactions moving.
- Track key milestones and deadlines, following up as needed to ensure timely closings.
- Prepare and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and updating systems as transactions progress.
- Provide general administrative support to the escrow department.
- Experience in escrow, real‑estate transactions, or loan processing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with multiple stakeholders.
- Tech‑savvy with systems and document management tools.
Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
