E-Commerce Specialist

Now hiring E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Corona, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM | Monday - Friday

We are seeking motivated individuals to keep the e-commerce operations running smoothly. The role involves data entry, inventory management, and order processing support.

• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently after training
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and inventory records accurately
• Previous experience with order entry, inventory management, EDI systems, or administrative support preferred
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Manually enter customer orders into the company system during EDI system conversion
• Update and maintain inventory records accurately
• Enter and track shipping and order status information
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Support order processing and inventory management functions
• Assist with administrative tasks related to system updates and workflow changes
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Communicate with internal departments regarding order and inventory information
