What You’ll Do- Permit Administration: Prepare, submit, track, and pull building permits with local city and county municipalities for residential renovation projects.
- Jurisdiction Liaison: Coordinate with city plan checkers, inspectors, and local departments to resolve permit corrections or delays.

Experience:
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every client journey is transparent and professional . - Proactive Communication: Coordinate with field teams to identify and resolve project roadblocks before they reach the customer .
- Payroll & Data Support: Assist with administrative tasks by importing and auditing pay data within ADP Workforce Now .
- Operational Auditing: Audit timecards, update payroll logs, manage new hire activations, and support direct deposit setups or W2 requests .
- Permit Tech Experience (MUST HAVE): 1+ years of direct experience preparing, filing, tracking, and securing building/construction permits with city/county departments in Southern California.
- Customer Service & Admin
Experience:
1+ years in a high-touch Customer Service, Account Management, or administrative support role . - Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are required for auditing) .
- Software Savvy:
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms is a plus . - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to navigate complex situations with clients and city officials .
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous eye for detail, accurate documentation, and tracking .
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday), with flexibility for weekends if business needs arise .
