The Pricing Specialist ensures accurate, timely, and compliant pricing across PPM, CFP, and/or Salesforce by executing daily audits, bi‑monthly review cycles, and continuous data quality improvements. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, systems‑savvy, and comfortable working with large data sets, audit checklists, and standardized controls.

• Maintains data integrity and consistency by assuring that all pricing conditions are correctly loaded into VIP.
• Conducts daily & bi‑monthly pricing audits in VIP against CFP/Salesforce TPM.
• Resolves pricing inquiries/discrepancies received from account managers/Chains with the corresponding bottler team.
• Works with bottlers to validate and approve promotions in VIP.
• Maintains accuracy and validity of all approvals and trackers.
• Brainstorms more efficient ways to streamline work processes for the department.

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study.
• Between 1‑3 years of experience with pricing systems and/or material maintenance.
• Between 1‑3 years of experience in customer service.
• Computer skills desired:
  Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $28.00 to $34.00/hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
