Scope of Services: The City of Corona is seeking highly experienced occupational health providers with experience working with municipal government agencies, and who have an understanding of the unique requirements of public safety personnel. The City wishes to achieve the best market value while securing the best medical care for City applicants/employees who require pre-employment physical, or testing/screening/vaccination or on the job injuries.

The objective of this RFP is to award the most qualified provider(s) which represent the best overall value to the City while at the same time meeting the specifications and requirements of this RFP and California Medical Provider Regulations.

Other Details: All prospective consultants shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all RFP documents posted on the Planet Bids website for the Project. Consultants shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the Planet Bids system. Consultants will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the Planet Bids system.
