Operator Telecom Construction Equipment

At VCI Construction, LLC, the Equipment Operator works on the Telecom Construction team, operating and maintaining specialized machinery used to install phone and internet infrastructure. The role ensures timely completion and safety compliance on each job site.

• Attend new site Job Safety Analysis
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Dig pits, trenches, or potholes as directed by the job plan
• Responsible for the site set‑up and cleanup
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from the truck
• Set up a safety perimeter
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the United States for VCI Construction
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional) with acceptable driving record
• Preferred experience with drill set up and design processes

• Work alone in remote locations lifting >55 lbs, operating heavy machinery, and performing sustained arm movements above shoulder level
• Work in confined spaces, use ladder, keyboards, and mice at times

The wage range for Operator – Telecom Construction Equipment is $25.00–$32.00 per hour.
