Project Coordinator

A growing commercial plumbing subcontractor in Corona, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects from contract award through completion. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers in a collaborative onsite environment. • Coordinate project documentation, plans, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project records.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, deadlines, and outstanding follow-up items.
• Assist with bids, vendor quotes, material requisitions, procurement, billing, budget tracking, and project closeout.
• Communicate with Project Managers, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support project execution.
• Participate in project meetings and occasional construction site visits to help ensure alignment between office and field operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support timely completion of commercial plumbing project milestones.

• Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, with potential flexibility based on experience.
• Location:
  
  Corona, CA. | 100% onsite.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

• 2+ years of recent construction coordination experience or a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a similar field of study.
• Commercial plumbing or subcontractor experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and related project documents.
• Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, follow‑up ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Corona, CA and support a fast‑paced commercial construction environment.
• Coordinate commercial plumbing project documentation, schedules, contracts, and project records

• Support procurement, vendor quotes, material requisitions, billing, budget tracking, and closeout.
• Communicate with Project Managers, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
• Interest in growing into a Project Engineer or Project Manager career path.
• Prior experience supporting commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
