Worship Director/Pastor – Passionate about worship, leadership, and shepherding the local church. Play a pivotal role in leading corporate and personal worship, developing the volunteer team, and supporting the campus pastor.
About the Role- Lead engaging and authentic worship experiences.
- Develop and mentor the worship team.
- Support the campus pastor and collaborate with the Central Worship Pastor.
- Oversee the Worship Team: Spiritual leadership, team management, creative development. Guide the team to grow musically and spiritually, fostering community.
- Spiritual Care: Pray for and with the team, offer encouragement, nurture a heart of worship beyond musical excellence.
- Onboarding/Auditioning: Assess potential members for musical abilities, heart for worship, and alignment with the mission.
- Weekly Development: Focus on musical skills, team dynamics, and spiritual growth during rehearsals and training sessions.
- Quarterly Team Nights: Gather the entire team for fellowship, vision‑casting, and worship, building relationship and renewal.
- Identify Leadership Team: Mentor emerging leaders, manage the Tech Director position, hire and oversee the Music Director and program staff musicians.
- Lead Student Ministry Worship Team: Collaborate with student worship staff, lead weekly rehearsals, roster and song selection, and mentor student worship leaders.
- Assist with Local Campus Events: Develop a roster of leaders for various worship settings and participate in campus staff meetings.
- Systems and Processes: Proficiency in PCO, Pro Presenter, Ableton, Google Workspace, budget reports, church database, and Concur.
- Experience leading worship and building teams.
- Constant learner, keeping worship experiences fresh and spiritually enriching.
- Exceptional vocal and musical skills; guitar and/or other instruments.
- Experience with Ableton for creating, editing, and running tracks.

Estimated pay range: $71,000–$72,000 per year, depending on experience. Salary structure is based on pay equity and stewardship considerations.
