Parts and Service Technician

We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Parts & Service Technician to support a growing service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working cross-functionally in a technical environment.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and service needs in a professional and timely manner
• Support service operations through order processing, invoicing, and inventory coordination
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person regarding parts, service, pricing, and availability
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any open items
• Provide technical support to third‑party service providers in the field
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring service issues

• Become knowledgeable in product offerings, parts catalogs, and service processes
• Help identify and source parts needed to support service requests
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computer systems and service‑related software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Professional written communication with strong grammar and accuracy

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service‑focused role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment
• General knowledge of equipment or appliance repair preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus
