Reservations Service Agents embrace their role as the first link between our guests and our product, creating a memorable, meaningful and enjoyable introductory environment where welcoming first impressions and accurate information on our spa are delivered in an energetic, friendly and understandable way. Our agents are responsible for fielding all direct inquiries about Glen Ivy Spas through the various available mediums in an efficient manner (online and phone) and converting each contact into sales.
Agents embrace the Resort/Spa Lifestyle and what it represents, and are eager to share their intimate knowledge of our various spa locations and offerings. They possess the sales and people skills necessary to work in a fast‑paced, non‑stop working environment, and have the ability to convert each potential inquiry into a successful and professionally planned spa day, maximizing the resort’s offerings to ensure a fully realized experience for the guest and the company.
Our Central Reservations Team makes the guest the number one priority and takes pride in their ability to follow through.

Position Qualification RequirementsExperience:
Customer Service in the field of Hospitality a must;
Sales (in the field of Hospitality preferred).
- Make the guest the number one priority.
- Respect and appreciate our guests and each other.
- Promptly follow‑up as promised on phone and email inquiries in a friendly and professional manner that encompasses our values.
- Take personal responsibility to ensure all calls are answered within three rings and spend no longer than 60 seconds in queue.
- Consistently provide all essential information on our various spa locations and offerings with 100% accuracy.
- Maximize every sales opportunity.
- Data entry with 100% accuracy, including reservation requests and guest profile maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with spa schedule groups to ensure guests’ needs and requests are always met, ensuring a guest’s appointment request is never turned away.
- Communicate effectively with each of Glen Ivy’s various departments to ensure a smooth and mistake‑free guest experience.
- Utilize smart booking to maximize booking opportunities.
