What we need:
The Customer Experience Coordinator is an entry-level contributor who works to solve customer-related problems of limited complexity and scope and performs a variety of administrative assignments to gain knowledge and skills related to their department. This role will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the customer experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:- Execute daily tasks and administration related to customer experience such as customer calls, order processing and entry, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities as defined by department.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
- Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
- May be responsible for some warehouse and inventory tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Normal office environment – minimum physical effort required. The work is sedentary, typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work.
Benefits and CompensationExpected base pay rates for the role will be between $38,000 and $56,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.
