Monster Beverage - - Responsibilities:
Answer calls, e-mails, and written communications from consumers regarding all Monster Energy product lines;
Create and maintain reports in the Consumer Relations database by imputing new consumer inquiries;
Process reports, analyze data, and identify and escalate trend data to appropriate business partners;
Initiate internal investigations with appropriate business partners;
Coordinate with other departments to complete record requirements
