Customer Service Representative

Location and Schedule

Corona, CA or Anaheim, CA. Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm.

• Promote positive customer relations with customers and coworkers.
• Answer 100+ routine and non‑routine customer calls daily.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the database.
• Communicate with a variety of people across levels within the organization.
• Make suggestions on improving/streamlining workflow processes and enhancing profitability.
• Develop strong teamwork ethic.
• Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
• Quickly and accurately identify/assess individual needs and take action to satisfy those needs.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints, determining cause, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, following up to ensure resolution.
• Provide face‑to‑face customer service with walk‑in customers.
• Follow all company rules and procedures.
• Deal with customers in a courteous, polite, and professional manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Present information in one‑on‑one situations to customers/clients of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Excellent computer skills required, including knowledge of various Microsoft Office programs.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Customer Service Experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
