Requirements- 1 year of front office customer service representative experience
- BPCS/AS400 system knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Organizing and scanning large batches of paperwork
- Verifying scan accuracy in our global system
- Troubleshooting scanning or system issues
- Handling customer inquiries and order information
