Kapsch Traffic Com is seeking a customer service associate for an onsite role in California. You will handle calls, emails and chats, process payments, and resolve inquiries with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
The position requires 1-3 years in customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work 8-hour shifts 8:00 am–6:00 pm with rotating Saturdays. Starting pay rate is $17.50–$22.00/hr; bilingual preferred but not required.
