Kapsch Traffic Com is seeking a full-time customer service representative in an onsite role in the United States. The position supports a toll program, answering calls, providing information, and resolving customer issues. Training is provided; no prior formal call center experience is required.
Starting pay ranges between $17.50 and $22.00 per hour, bilingual preferred but not required. Working hours are 8:00 am–6:00 pm Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month, 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
