Fulltime position, Monday through Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• AutoCAD Experience
• Construction industry experience a plus

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.

Pay Range: $19.00 to 25.00

Job Description s:

Under the supervision of the Engineering Department, the CAD Designer will be trained for preparing residential plumbing construction documents for various projects.

Education & Experience:

High school education/College and experience in AutoCAD

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in AutoCAD

Construction knowledge and able to read structure plans

General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

General knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies a plus

• Assist in the development of design approaches and concepts on assigned projects
• Assist in the data collection and/or field verification
• Ensure that all drawings are prepared with accuracy, neatness, and prior to project deadline
• Communicate with team members, team leader, and outside builders to obtain necessary information of drawings.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers and employees.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
