We are seeking an Architectural Project Leader for a direct hire opportunity with an established architecture and design firm in the Riverside, CA area. This onsite role is ideal for an experienced architectural professional who enjoys leading project production, coordinating technical documentation, and helping bring well-designed buildings from schematic design through construction administration.
This opportunity offers a collaborative team environment, supportive leadership, and the chance to work closely with project managers, consultants, engineers, clients, and junior team members. Key Responsibilities- Lead architectural project production and coordination through design, documentation, and construction administration phases.
- Prepare, oversee, and coordinate construction documents using Revit.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, engineers, internal design teams, and clients to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- Review drawings for quality, coordination, constructability, code compliance, and technical accuracy.
- Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, revisions, and issue resolution.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior staff to support project quality, team development, and successful delivery.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience.
