Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher to provide private and group lessons in our retail lesson studio. In this role, you'll teach students of varying ages and skill levels, create engaging lesson plans, prepare students for performances and school programs, and communicate progress to parents and school partners. You'll collaborate with store staff to support rentals, repairs, and accessories that enhance learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group music lessons to students of varied ages and abilities
• Develop and follow structured lesson plans aligned with student goals and school needs
• Prepare students for recitals, concerts, and school music performances
• Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Maintain accurate schedules, attendance, and student records
• Collaborate with store staff to support rentals, repairs, and accessory recommendations
• Promote studio enrollment and retain students through strong instruction and service
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment in the lesson studio
