The Role As an Elevo Coach, you will:

Be assigned to elementary, intermediate/middle, or high school sites throughout CNUSD.Provide active student supervision, engagement, and program support in partnership with CNUSD site staff

Follow the daily schedule, activities, and site expectations set by the CNUSD Lead and/or Elevo Site Manager Supervise groups of approximately 10–20 students, depending on grade level and site needs

Lead and support physical activity, enrichment, homework help, transitions, snack, recreation, and other site programming

Take accurate attendance every day to help keep every student safe

Help keep shared spaces clean, organized, and ready for everyone to enjoy

About You Experience coaching, playing sports, working in education, or leading youth in any setting (e.g., camp counseling, youth programs, childcare)
Bring high energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive presence to the school site every day.

Hands-on: you jump right in and play, learn, and have fun alongside students

Stay calm and empathetic when managing behavior or redirecting a tough moment

Build trust quickly with students, families, and school staff

Motivated by Elevo’s mission to support student well-being

Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills

Provide strong customer service when interacting with students, parents, teachers, school administrators, district administrators, and fellow team members.

Additional Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S.; pass Live Scan Background check and TB screening
18+ with high school diploma or GEDFollow all Elevo and CNUSD procedures related to student safety, incident reporting, mandated reporting, attendance, dress code, and professional conduct.

Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to engage in the following activities with or without a reasonable accommodation:

Ability to constantly move about to accomplish tasks or move from one place to another frequently

Sitting or standing for long periods

Occasional running and other strenuous physical activity

Ability to move safely on irregular and/or uneven terrain on a regular basis
