Salary $85,000 - $135,000 per year
A Bit About UsThis role supports entitlement-driven land development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll work closely with planners, agencies, and developers to move projects from early concept through approvals.
Due to the agency-facing nature of the work, this position is primarily in-office.

- Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans
- Coordinate with planners and municipalities
- Assist with entitlement strategy and approvals
- Review junior staff work
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years of land development experience
- PE preferred or actively pursuing licensure
- Strong Civil 3D skills
