Salary $85,000 - $135,000 per year

This role supports entitlement-driven land development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll work closely with planners, agencies, and developers to move projects from early concept through approvals.

Due to the agency-facing nature of the work, this position is primarily in-office.

• Salary range $85,000 – $135,000, plus annual performance bonus
• Long-tenured team with a stable backlog and strong leadership

• Support civil design tied to land use entitlements
• Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans
• Coordinate with planners and municipalities
• Assist with entitlement strategy and approvals
• Review junior staff work

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 3–7 years of land development experience
• PE preferred or actively pursuing licensure
• Strong Civil 3D skills
