Product Engineer​/Engineer

• Design & Development:
  Design bellows and bellows assemblies using Solid Works and EJMA calculations.
• Product Quotation:
  Provide preliminary design and production sequences for the sales team to quote new products.
• Production Support:
  Review customer requirements, create manufacturing prints, design manufacturing prints and troubleshoot production issues.
• Customer Technical Support:
  Serves as a link between production and customers. Respond to customer technical questions.
• Process Improvements:
  Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, product development, or a related role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of machining processes, materials science, and sheet metal forming processes.
• Experience with stress calculations, such as tensile stress, share stress and hoop stress.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive at seeking knowledge and understanding processes and data.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., AS, AMS, ASME, ASTM, AWS).
